Young Kim, MD
Dr. Kim received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University. He completed his medical
degree at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Camden, NJ. His surgical and urological residency took place at the State University of New York Health Science Center in Brooklyn, NY. He continued to train in Neurology, Urodynamics, Reconstructive Urology, and Female Urology at the Baylor College of Medicine.
Dr. Kim spent many years at University Urological Associates in Providence, RI, before joining South Shore Urology. He is certified with the American Board of Urology, and a member of American Urological Association, American Medical Association, Massachusetts Medical Society, and Massachusetts Association of Practicing Urologists.
Dr. Kim was an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Brown Medical School in Providence, RI. He co-authored many publications and book chapters, and has provided numerous regional and national presentations.
Dr. Kim is currently on active staff at South Shore Hospital.
